Laura Bull Bailey possesses extensive experience in development, fundraising, and strategic growth across various sectors, particularly in nonprofit and education. Currently serving as a Development Specialist and Development Operations Manager at UTEC since January 2019, Laura focuses on empowering disconnected youth. Previously, as Manager of External Relations at Room to Grow, Laura cultivated community connections and fundraising initiatives to support families with young children. Additionally, Laura held roles ranging from a Fundraiser and Admissions Ambassador at Beaver Country Day School to teaching French at the International School of Boston. With prior experience in corporate strategy at Merrill Lynch and investment management at The LCP Group, Laura's educational background includes an M.B.A. in International Finance from Columbia Business School, complementing a strong commitment to social impact through effective leadership and project management.
