Jim Sebring has over 30 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Jim began their career in 1989 as an Associate Technician at Honeywell Process Solutions, where they tested printed wire assemblies and components. In 1991, they joined Boeing as a Senior Systems/Software Engineer, where they were a member of a small team responsible for designing, developing, testing and certifying the AIMS Operating System and Built-In-Test Equipment (BITE) Function for the Boeing 777. In 1995, they moved to Physio-Control, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and SQA Lead, where they developed and implemented the formal software test process used in new product development.

In 1997, Jim joined CyberSafe Corporation as a Software Test Manager, where they hired team members, organized team assignments, and managed budgets. Jim then moved to Crane Aerospace & Electronics in 1998 as a Software Engineer and Software Verification Engineer, where they developed an in-house hardware test environment using C++ used to control hardware inputs for avionics testing and certification. In 2000, they joined Watermark Estate Management Services, LLC as Manager of Security Systems, where they provided a variety of Family Office services worldwide.

In 2015, Jim began working with WideNet Consulting Group as a Software Systems Engineer, where they were on assignment to Compass Group supporting Microsoft Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F). In 2016, they moved to Compass Group USA as a Lead Developer, where they were responsible for leading development of a cloud based IoT solution integrating multiple disparate systems and standards into a unified Azure IoT microservices solution. In 2019, they Co-Founded CloudThinQ Inc. as Chief Technology Officer, where they had extensive experience leading teams and developing solutions for cutting edge challenges. Finally, in 2022, they joined Utelogy Corporation as Chief Technology Officer.

Jim Sebring graduated from DeVry University Phoenix, AZ in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technologies, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
