Catherine Casterline

Catherine Casterline is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Marketing Representative at Utica First Insurance Company since March 2021, Catherine previously held the position of Senior Field Sales Representative at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies from June 2017 to March 2021. Catherine's career in insurance began as a Personal Lines Underwriter at Grange Mutual Insurance from January 1998 to October 1999, followed by various roles including Training & Procedures Specialist, Product Manager, and Territory Sales Manager at Grange Mutual Casualty Companies until June 2017. Catherine holds an MBA in Leadership from Franklin University, completing the degree between 2003 and 2005, and also attended the University of Florida from 1991 to 1994.
