David Schwed

David Schwed is an accomplished cybersecurity expert currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Robinhood, a position held since August 2024. Additionally, David holds multiple influential roles at the Katz School of Science and Health, including Chair of the Cybersecurity Industry Advisory Board, Practitioner in Residence for the Cybersecurity Master's Program, and Professor and Founding Director of the same program. David also contributes to the cryptocurrency field as a committee member for the Cryptocurrency Certification Consortium and has made significant investments in early-stage companies such as Lava Network, Utila, Tres.finance, Hexagate, and Onyxia. An experienced expert witness in computer forensics, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency, David is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the Maurice A.
