Tim Love is a distinguished academic and design professional with extensive experience in architecture, urban design, and real estate. Currently serving as a Lecturer in Real Estate at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Tim has developed and teaches a pivotal course for the Master in Real Estate program. As Principal at Utile, Inc. since 2002, Tim has led significant urban planning projects in Boston and Cambridge, and provides consulting for the I-195 District in Providence, Rhode Island. In addition, Tim holds an Associate Professor position at Northeastern University School of Architecture, where past roles included Director of Graduate Programs. Tim's leadership as President of the Boston Society of Architects focused on enhancing engagement strategies for the public realm. Tim has contributed to various academic institutions, including Yale University and the University of Toronto, and has held senior design roles at Machado and Silvetti Associates and HLW International LLP. Tim earned a Master of Architecture with Distinction from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
