Ross Gledhill

Ross Gledhill has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and industries. Ross is currently the Director of Engineering at Utopi since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the Vice President and Senior Lead Software Engineer from September 2020 to May 2023. Ross also has experience at Arm as a Senior Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager, where they focused on improving efficiency, output quality, and predictability. Ross has also held various roles at Ideagen Plc, including Software Development Manager, Head of Design & Definition, Software Development Team Lead, and Senior Front-end Developer. Ross has experience in managing teams, adopting a DevOps culture, and transforming complicated domain problems into user-friendly solutions. Ross started their career as a Freelance Web Developer & Owner at Codeighteen and as a Web Developer at Youth Media. Ross has additional experience as a bartender at Frasers Bar Ltd. throughout their university years.

Ross Gledhill obtained a Bsc Hons degree in Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde, from 2005 to 2009. Ross also obtained the certification of AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2022.
