Brian Kelsey has been in the telecommunications industry since 1997. Brian's first role was as an Operations Technician at Teltrust, where they maintained and repaired Harris switching platforms on a nationwide network, tested and turned up FGD and SS7 circuits, and repaired customer troubles. Brian then moved into a Surveillance Technician role, where they were responsible for surveillance of the voice and data network, as well as 1st level troubleshooting and repair. Brian then became the Supervisor of Prepaid Calling Cards, where they were responsible for scheduling agents, tracking and analyzing productivity, answering supervisor calls and call escalation, and developing training materials for new hires. In 2000, they joined Integra as a Regional Project Manager and then as a Project Manager II, where they managed network migration projects and network upgrades. In 2017, they joined Zayo Group as an OSP Project Manager and then Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA Fiber) as an OSP Engineering Manager.
Brian Kelsey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Utah in 1998. In 2014, they obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
