Jaakko Ahtela

Jaakko Ahtela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and partner engineering within the mobile industry. Currently serving as VP of Customer Operations at Utopia Music since February 2021, Jaakko previously held significant roles at Facebook, including Director of Partner Engineering for Mobile Partnerships and Partner Engineering Manager, where responsibilities involved leading global teams and delivering mobile products for strategic collaborators. Prior to Facebook, Jaakko was VP of Customer Services at Pryte, managing software delivery projects and customer support for international mobile operators. Additional experience includes directing professional services at SEVEN Networks International and customer services at Smartner Information Systems.
