Jussi Sairanen

Jussi Sairanen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management, product ownership, and partnership development. Currently serving as Tribe Tech Lead at If Insurance, Jussi drives the technical direction for seven squads of approximately 60 developers, overseeing financial planning, vendor management, and technical optimization. Previously, as Engineering Manager at Utopia Music, Jussi built and led a high-performing engineering team and enhanced project outcomes. Jussi's role at Multitude involved managing WEB & Mobile software development and playing a critical part in launching a mobile bank across multiple countries. With a background in partnership management and marketing coordination at Ferratum and other companies, Jussi combines technical expertise with a solid marketing foundation, holding a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Helsinki.
