Mervi Halme

Mervi Halme has extensive experience in customer operations and project management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Customer Operations Director at Utopia Music, Mervi is responsible for building and managing scalable customer operations in a fast-paced international startup environment. Previously, Mervi held various leadership positions at Canter, including Head of Customer Operations and Team Leader of Customer Solutions, demonstrating a strong focus on enhancing customer experience and achieving significant NPS scores. Mervi's career also includes project management roles at Sofigate and NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks, as well as a technical background as a DSP Software Designer. Mervi earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from Aalto University.
