Thomas Lidy

Thomas Lidy is an accomplished professional in AI and data science with extensive experience in the music industry. As Senior Director of AI & Data Science at Utopia Music from October 2021 to May 2024, Thomas led a 15-member data science team, developed company-wide AI strategies, and innovated AI-powered products for major music labels. Previously, Thomas served as Chief Innovation Officer at Musimap S.A., focusing on R&D and product innovation, and as Head of Machine Learning, overseeing the AI technology stack. Prior roles include leadership positions at Vienna University of Technology and founding Spectralmind, where Thomas developed semantic audio analysis solutions.
