Tom Eggers

Tom Eggers is an experienced leader in business development and program management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at UTS-Systems LLC since May 2022. With a career spanning over 18 years at UTS Systems, where Tom held the position of Director until February 2023, and prior roles including Business Development Manager at DRS Technologies, Inc. and Test Engineering Lead at General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, Tom has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing military combat support equipment projects and driving significant sales growth. Tom began their career as an Acquisition Program Manager for the United States Air Force, overseeing multi-million dollar programs and leading cross-functional teams. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida, obtained in 1997.
