Jessie Walker

Jessie Walker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and social services. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Recruiter at Utz Brands, Inc. since November 2021, Jessie's prior roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Synchronicity Staffing Solutions and Recruiting Director at 7 Eagle Group. Early career experiences include positions as a School Based Therapist at Centerstone and a Foster Care/Adoption Worker at Albemarle County Department of Social Services, where Jessie demonstrated expertise in case management and psychosocial interventions. Additional experience in compliance work was gained as a Compliance Officer for the Virginia State Police and as a Case Analysis Intern at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
