Korlin Serauskis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies. Beginning in 1997 at Spectra Marketing, Korlin held various client service roles before moving on to work at PepsiCo in 2000. At PepsiCo, Korlin progressed through various marketing and innovation roles, specializing in global grains, nutrition, Tropicana, and Dole juices. In 2011, Korlin became the Director of Global Grains Innovation. In 2018, Korlin joined Kellogg Company as the Director of Breakthrough Strategy & Innovation, leading efforts in gut wellness and global innovation. Currently, Korlin is the VP of Marketing for Utz Brands, Inc., responsible for the growth and development of the Utz snacks brand.
