Jennifer McAndrew

Jennifer McAndrew is the Director of Operations at UVA Health - Northern Virginia and Culpeper. She previously served as the Regional Manager at UVA Community Health, overseeing multiple clinics and administrators. Prior to that, she was the Practice Administrator at Piedmont Family Practice. Jennifer has a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from George Mason University. In the past, she has worked as an RN in the emergency room at Fauquier Hospital and Prince William Health System.
