Norma Hill-Garcia

Norma Hill-Garcia has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Assistant Principal and Academic Dean at Uvalde High School since June 2020. Previously, Norma worked as an Instructional Coach at Anthon Elementary from August 2013 to May 2018 and as a Bilingual Teacher at Uvalde CISD from August 1992 to May 2012. Norma holds multiple master's degrees from Sul Ross State University, one earned between 1988 and 1992 and another in Leadership and Administration.
