Guy Engel

Guy Engel has a strong background in research and development, with a focus on technology and innovation. Guy has held various leadership roles in companies such as UVeye, a company specializing in Algo, SW, HW, and data tagging solutions, where they currently serve as the Director of R&D. Prior to this, Guy was the VP of R&D at a medical device startup and also held roles as a Research and Development Manager and a System and Physics Team Lead. Guy has experience leading multidisciplinary teams and has expertise in system engineering, physics, optics, and software development. Earlier in their career, Guy worked as an internal UAV pilot and R&D member in the aerospace industry. Overall, Guy has a strong track record of delivering innovative solutions and leading successful R&D projects.

Guy Engel completed their Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from The Open University of Israel from 1999 to 2003. Guy then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Optics/Optical Sciences at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2012.
