Charteisha Carson-Clark, MSM, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charteisha currently holds the position of Director of Employee Relations & HR Compliance at UW Health since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Employee Relations Director at Milwaukee County from January 2021 to October 2023. Charteisha also worked as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at The Master Lock Company from March 2016 to January 2021. Charteisha gained teaching experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Concordia University Wisconsin's School of Business from December 2015 to January 2021. Charteisha started their career as a Case Manager at the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare (Innovative Family Partnerships) from September 2001 to July 2003.
