James Thigpen Jr

James Thigpen Jr is an experienced creative professional currently serving as Associate Creative Director at UWG since March 2022. Previously, James held the position of Brand Manager at JARS Cannabis from May 2021 to March 2022 and served as Creative Director at Detroit Vs. Everybody, LLC from July 2020 to May 2021. Additionally, James worked as a Graphic Designer at Jazz at Lincoln Center from August 2014 to September 2017 and at the University of Michigan-Flint from September 2011 to February 2013. James holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Michigan-Flint and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Graphic Design from Mott Community College, along with a Certificate of Completion in Front-End Web Development from General Assembly.
