James Lane

James Lane is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the banking sector. As the Founder, Director, and Chairman of uWorkin since 2012, James has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior to this, James served in various executive roles at ANZ, including State GM for SME & Business Banking in Queensland, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a large team and servicing over 100,000 customers. James has also led significant initiatives such as the Due Diligence for the Suncorp Bank Acquisition and played vital roles in commercial and SME banking, focusing on meeting the needs of business clients across Queensland and the Northern Territory. Earlier in James's career, experience included roles in project management and business analysis, as well as a gap year exploring Asia.
