Mike Weir currently serves as the Head of Behavioural Science at Impression, a role assumed in July 2023. Since March 2021, Mike has also been contributing as a UX Mentor at UXPA UK. Previously, from March 2021 to June 2023, Mike held the position of Head of Behavioural Research at Jaywing, where responsibilities included driving innovation in UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and managing projects throughout the UX and CRO processes. Prior experience includes serving as CX and Ecommerce Manager at Kerry Foods, where Mike led customer experience initiatives and mentored team members, and roles in optimization at Endless Gain and PrettyLittleThing.com, focusing on UX research and email performance enhancement. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy at The Manchester Metropolitan University, Mike also holds a Master of Science in International Creative Advertising and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising Management and Brand Management from the same institution.
