Bekhzod Ibragimov

Bekhzod Ibragimov has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Department at UzAuto Motors since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing safety, performance, and regulatory compliance. Previous roles at UzAuto Motors include Project Engineering Manager, where successful launches of Chevrolet Tracker and Onix were facilitated, and Senior Cost Engineer, responsible for material cost estimates and supplier negotiations. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, Bekhzod developed quality metrics and managed projects to improve audit scores. Additionally, experience as a Research Engineer at the System Dynamics and Applied Control Laboratory at KAIST involved pioneering work on Active Noise Control systems. Early career experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at JSC "General Motors Uzbekistan," focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes. Bekhzod holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
