Massimo Villani

Massimo Villani is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for V.P. Italy Srl - Vertex Pistons since September 2021. Prior to this role, Massimo held the position of HR Manager Italy at Sall S.r.l. within the Justrite Safety Group from June 2017 to August 2021. Massimo's previous roles include HR Project Manager at GrandVision NV, Corporate HR Manager at MDM GROUP Holding, Human Resources Manager at Italian Exhibition Group Spa, and HR Manager Retail & Senior HR Business Partner at Nike Italy, where responsibilities included managing HR strategies, labor relations, and employee benefits across multiple entities.
