Rakesh AP is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in facilities management and technical operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Head of Operations at V R Facilities Services since December 2014, Rakesh previously held the position of Senior Manager Technical at Compass Group, where responsibilities included operational performance reporting, vendor management, and client relations. Prior professional experience includes a role as Transition Manager at JLL, overseeing property management and client coordination for various multinational tenants, along with a position as Facility Engineer at GE Healthcare, where Rakesh managed MEP operations and ensured compliance with service obligations. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth and an Engineering degree from STJ Polytechnic College.
