Rian Holt

Rian Holt has a diverse range of work experience. They are currently the co-owner of the DRIPBaR franchise and the Area Owner of Washington D.C. and Montgomery County, MD. Prior to this role, Rian served as the Chief Administrative Officer at V-Tech Solutions Inc. In 2016, Rian founded ASync Solutions and acted as the CEO, overseeing daily corporate activities and establishing partnerships with IT partners and government entities. Rian is also a founding member of The Brilliant Black Girl Collective. Before these ventures, Rian worked as the Director of Business Development at LT Consulting LLC and as an Associate Partner at OGSystems. They also worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and as an Associate Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Rian began their career as an intern at Accenture.

Rian Holt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. This educational experience occurred between the years 2000 and 2004. In addition to their degree, Rian Holt obtained a HIPAA Certificate from Accountable HQ in June 2023.
