Barbara Mercandelli

Barbara Mercandelli is an experienced professional with a strong background in brand management and customer service. Currently serving as Brand Manager for BU Enterprise Security at V-Valley since February 2013, Barbara is responsible for vendor relations, business and marketing plan implementation, sales support, reporting and analysis, stock management, and event organization. Prior to this role, Barbara worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Monclick, where responsibilities included customer assistance, order management, and feedback management. Barbara's extensive experience also includes customer contact management at Call&Call Milano and travel consultancy at Multimedia Travel. Barbara holds a degree in Marketing, Comunicazione e Mercati Internazionali from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and has completed additional tourism education.
