Jenny Higgins

Jenny Higgins has extensive experience in the food industry, with their most recent role being the Global Quality Assurance Manager at v2food since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mars for nearly three decades, where they held various positions including Quality Assurance Manager from June 2014 to December 2021, Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance Manager from January 2012 to June 2014, and Product Development Technologist from January 1993 to January 2012.
