Pooja Iyer

Pooja Iyer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pooja started their career as a Client Relation Executive at Tracmail India Pvt Ltd in 2003, where they provided customer support through various channels such as web, email, and phone. Pooja then joined Altisource in 2007 as a Quality Lead, where they were responsible for monitoring calls, coaching team members, and organizing team huddles to improve project challenges. In 2012, they moved to V2 Solutions, first as a Team Lead, managing operations and administration, and later as a Senior Project Lead. In this role, they provided support to the marketing and communications team, including market research for conferences and creating fireside chats and video logs. Throughout their career, Pooja has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing excellent support.

Pooja Iyer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai, attending from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they received a certification in Green Belt Six Sigma Total Quality Management in June 2007.
