Cornell Young

Cornell Young is an experienced professional in network security and information assurance, currently serving as the Owner of Diamond Gate Technologies, LLC since September 2021, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Since October 2018, Cornell Young has held dual roles as Senior COMSEC Network Security Engineer and Senior Network Security Engineer at Vectrus. Previous positions include Manager of COMSEC Network Engineering at Northrop Grumman Corporation and Information Assurance Directorate (COMSEC) Corporate Policy Officer at the United States Department of Defense. Additional experience includes roles at CACI International Inc as Information Security Specialist 3, gTANGIBLE Corporation as COMSEC Specialist, Areté Associates as Facility Coordinator, and US Army as Patriot Operator Systems Technician. Cornell Young holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology and a Career Studies Certificate in Cyber Security from Northern Virginia Community College.
