Jeremy Nance

Jeremy Nance currently serves as General Counsel at V2X Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Jeremy held the position of SVP, General Counsel at Vertex Aerospace from July 2018 to August 2024. Jeremy's career also includes significant experience at L3 Technologies, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Legal and Contracts as well as Division Counsel from September 2006 to June 2018. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law, an MBA from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, and a BBA in Finance and Economics from the same institution.
