Noel Lumbu

Noel Lumbu, MBA, is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in financial management and analysis, particularly in support of Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives. Currently serving as a Financial Manager at Vectrus since August 2020, Noel is responsible for managing over $20 million for DoD programs, delivering program control and financial analysis services. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Frontier Technology, where Noel compiled and analyzed Navy training financial data and developed cost models for program requirements. Previous roles include financial management and payroll for the DOD (Navy), as well as accounting positions at SLAIT Consulting and Cone Health, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in financial analysis, accounting, and procurement. Noel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
