Dennis C. Terry

Dennis C. Terry is an experienced professional in project management and landscape architecture, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at V3 Companies since March 2022, and holding the position of HOA President for 300 East Park Avenue Condominiums since 2002. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Bloc Design and Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, with extensive involvement in various projects such as the Siemens Gas Turbine Facility, Davidson College Martin Court Residence Hall, and over 100 retail bank centers for Bank of America. Dennis has also contributed to the racing industry as a Front Tire Changer for Earnhardt Ganassi Racing and Penske Racing.
