Jim Rinehart

Jim Rinehart is an experienced professional in land development, currently serving as the Land Development Group Leader for the Indianapolis Region at V3 Companies since November 2011. Following the merger of Williams Creek Consulting and V3 Companies in January 2018, Jim has contributed to expanding client service capacity and expertise. Prior to this role, Jim was the Director of Operations at Williams Creek Management, focusing on sustainable design solutions. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Commercial Development at Stoeppelwerth & Associates Inc. and as an Assistant Engineer at the Hancock County Engineering Department. Jim Rinehart holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Evansville, earned in 2007.
