Marco Mares

Marco Mares has a diverse work experience in various companies. Marco began their career as the Head of Technology and Operations at INITE - Instituto Internacional de Investigación de Tecnología Educativa from August 1996 to July 2000. In this role, they managed operations, IT inventory control, and vendor assessment.

Marco then joined BearingPoint, Inc. as a Sr. Manager, Strategy and Operations from August 2000 to June 2009.

After that, Marco Mares joined Siemens Enterprise Communications as the Global Inside Sales Operations Manager from October 2009 to September 2010, where they were responsible for global processes and operations management and the enablement of inside sales teams using a single system of record. Marco was then promoted to Sr. Manager, Global Marketing Operations from October 2010 to December 2010.

In 2010, they joined TIAA as a Sr. Manager, Business Management (Strategy and Transformation), where they served from December 2010 to February 2022. Marco was then promoted to the role of Director, which they held from February 2022 to June 2023.

Currently, Marco Mares is working at V3Gate as the Director of Business Management, starting from June 2023.

Marco Mares has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. Marco also has completed an Executive Education program in Leadership Skills at the Yale School of Management and an Executive Education program in LEAN / Six Sigma Green Belt Certification at BearingPoint / ICP International.
