Andre Blaine

Andre Blaine is an experienced executive in marine and industrial management with a career spanning over two decades at V&A Waterfront, where responsibilities include oversight of the cruise terminal, marina, helipad, and various industrial properties. Initially starting as a Property Manager in 1999, Andre progressed to the role of Marine and Industrial Executive, managing diverse portfolios across office, industrial, marine, and commercial properties. Prior experience includes General Manager at Zenprop Property Holdings, where Andre facilitated the opening of Zevenwacht Mall, and Property Manager at Arabian Property Services, overseeing multiple portfolios in Saudi Arabia.
