Leigh Thomas

Leigh Thomas has accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism sectors, currently serving as the Executive for Hotels & Residential and formerly as Retail Leasing Manager at V&A Waterfront since November 2008. In addition, Leigh holds a board member position at Cape Town Tourism since October 2018 and serves as Executive Director and Owners Representative at The Hotel Company (Pty) since September 2017. Previous experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Old Mutual South Africa from September 2005 to October 2008, and earlier positions as Reservations Manager (FIT) and Marketing at Wilderness Safaris from January 1991 to December 1998. Leigh's educational background includes a Higher Diploma in Radiation Therapy and a National Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography from the University of the Witwatersrand, as well as attendance at Pretoria Girls High School.
