Antti Ruokonen

Antti Ruokonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Contributor at The Lawfare Institute since January 2021, Ruokonen also holds the position of Office Engineer with the City of Vaasa since May 2010, where responsibilities include advanced permit processes, environmental and water construction permits, soil and sediment remediation, and property management. Additionally, Ruokonen has been a self-employed author since August 2008 and has previously worked as a Temporary Planner and summer foreman in public areas. Antti Ruokonen is pursuing a Master of Technology in Circular Economy at LUT University and possesses various degrees in Environmental Engineering and related fields from SeAMK and VAMK University of Applied Sciences.
