Amelie Day

Amelie Day possesses extensive experience in human resources and training development across various companies. Currently serving as Chargée de développement RH et Formation at SARBEC COSMETICS since June 2022, Amelie leads training initiatives, defines development tools, and oversees various HR projects. Previously, from September 2019 to June 2022, Amelie held the position of RRH - Manager at Biomediqa, where responsibilities included creating HR policies, recruiting, and advising management. Amelie’s career began at Leroy Merlin, where, over a span from 2004 to 2017, roles included Chef de secteur commerce - Business Manager and Responsable du personnel et des Ressources humaines, with a focus on team development, administrative personnel management, and strategic decision-making as part of the management team. Amelie holds a Master 2 degree in Human Resources from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d'Amiens.
