Steve Lee

Steve Lee has over 40 years of work experience in a variety of leadership roles. Steve began their career in the Royal Air Force (RAF), where they worked in air traffic control and operations for 10 years. Following their military service, they joined Channel Express as a Commercial Director and held the position for 13 years. In 2002, they moved to Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, where they served as the Commercial Director for 18 years. In 2020, they joined SGL as an Executive Director before moving to Vacations By Rail and Great Rail Journeys as Chief Operating Officer. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in business development, operations, and leadership.
