Andrews Affoaning Annoh has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andrews began their career at DINO CORSINI S.R.L. as a Quality Control Officer, where they were responsible for controlling machinery, preparing dough, packaging food products, and ensuring the timely sampling and analysis of raw materials. Andrews then worked as a Promoter and Fundraiser at Unique Company, managing teams and meeting fundraising targets for non-profit organizations. Andrews then joined Italchimica srl as a Chemistry Technician, where they conducted production on an industrial scale of household and personal products. Andrews further expanded their skills at Lonza as a Technologist 1 in R&D, focusing on buffer preparation, purification systems operation, and sample stability studies. Currently, Andrews is working at Vaccitech as an Associate Scientist MSAT DSP, contributing to the development of immunotherapy and vaccine products, specializing in tangential flow filtration and anion exchange chromatography.

Andrews Affoaning Annoh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova between 2012 and 2017. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they completed their A Levels in Chemistry, Math, Biology, and English at I.T.I.S. J.F. Kennedy. In addition to their formal education, Andrews also obtained a certification in the Lonza White Belt Training Programme from Lonza in September 2021.
