Dave Sharma

Dave Sharma has over 20 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dave started their career as a Hospital Pharmacist in the NHS from 1996 to 1999. Dave then worked as a Clinical Development Executive at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals from 1999 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Merck Serono as the Head of Clinical Pharmacy and Qualified Person until 2007. Dave then served as a Qualified Person at GlaxoSmithKline from 2007 to 2008. Dave's role expanded when they became an Associate Director at Genzyme Europe BV in 2008, where they oversaw global manufacturing, packaging, and distribution for clinical development studies until 2012. In the same year, they founded their own company, Consilia Medica Ltd, where they currently serve as the Director. At Consilia Medica Ltd, Dave is responsible for contract QP/RP/RPi, change management, quality systems, training and development, implementation of ICH guidelines, and troubleshooting for drug development matters, among others.

Dave Sharma attended Aston University from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained an MBA degree. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Brighton from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Pharmacy.
