Steven Humphries

Stephen Humphries is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Development Chef at Vacherin since June 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Head Chef at Lexington Catering from December 2016 to May 2022 and served as Chef at the renowned Restaurant Noma for a brief period in 2015. Before that, Stephen was the Head Chef at The New Angel Notting Hill from March 2014 to July 2015. Educationally, Stephen attended Simon Balle School from 1993 to 1998, where qualifications were earned in GCSEs.
