Amy Kaufman

Amy Kaufman is a seasoned professional in finance and accounting consulting with extensive experience in search and recruitment. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Search at Vaco since September 2023, Amy previously held the position of Partner and Search Practice Leader at BVOH, LLC for 18 years until its acquisition by Vaco. Amy's career also includes roles as an Account Manager at a National Staffing Firm and Finance and Business Development Manager at AllBusiness, along with a foundational experience as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. A graduate of Miami University with a BS in Accountancy, Amy is driven by a commitment to building meaningful relationships that prioritize the interests of candidates and clients.
