Wendy Beaumont

Wendy Beaumont has a diverse range of work experience. Wendy started their career at VF Corporation as a Merchandising Coordinator, where they gained valuable experience in the apparel industry. Wendy then transitioned to Vaco, where they held multiple roles, including Recruiting Operations Manager, On Site Engagement Manager at YouTube, and Recruiter. In their most recent role as the Sr. Director of Global Recruiting, Wendy was responsible for leading recruiting efforts across all accounts, both in the US and offshore, as well as managing the recruiting and offshore team day to day. Throughout their career, Wendy has demonstrated strong skills in recruitment, relationship-building, and operational process improvement.

Wendy Beaumont attended FIDM from 2006 to 2008, with a focus on Design and Visual Communications. Additionally, they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Diablo Valley College. Wendy also obtained certifications in Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy in April 2023 and is currently working towards becoming a Digital Trust & Safety Leader through LinkedIn.
