Norbert Grob

Norbert Grob currently serves as the Leiter Energie- und Fördertechnik at VAG Verkehrs-Aktiengesellschaft, overseeing the planning and maintenance of energy supply systems for subways and trams, including medium and low voltage facilities, as well as elevator and escalator systems, since November 2020. Prior to this role, Norbert held the position of Leiter Produktion at Schlenk Metallfolien GmbH & Co. KG, responsible for production management and process optimization from October 2019 to October 2020. Norbert's extensive experience began at LEONI Kabel GmbH, where roles spanned from Junior Quality Manager Production to Leiter Fertigung, managing teams and leading various quality and production initiatives from April 2008 to September 2019. Norbert holds a Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. (FH) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Elektro- und Informationstechnik from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten, earned between September 2003 and March 2008.
