Brent Avila

Brent Avila is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in sales development and team management. Currently serving as a Sales Development Leader at Vagaro since May 2024, Brent has also held roles at RevGenius and SDRLeader.com since late 2023. Previously, as the Director of Sales Development at Gladly from December 2020 to September 2023, Brent achieved significant pipeline generation targets and scaled the team while fostering a diverse workforce. Brent's experience includes leadership positions at UJET, Adobe, Marketo, Coverity, Work4, and Findly, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving sales growth, implementing effective processes, and enhancing team performance. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Francisco State University.
