Lésa Garcia has a diverse range of work experience in various positions. Lésa started their career as a Dental Assistant at Na Koa Dental Clinic in 2010, where they performed general dental office duties. Lésa then worked as a Dental Assistant at Dentistry for Children in 2011, where they gained experience in chair-side assisting and other dental office tasks.
In 2018, Lésa joined ProSomnus Sleep Technologies as a QC Technician, responsible for inspecting and recording incoming model cases. Lésa then advanced to become a Technical Service Representative, where they provided customer support and handled inquiries and complaints. Lésa later became a Technical Account Specialist, managing accounts and troubleshooting issues for appointed region accounts.
Most recently, Lésa worked at Vagaro Inc as a Technical Support Representative Level I, responsible for documenting and resolving software issues for customers. Lésa then transitioned to the role of Import & Onboarding Specialist, where they assisted new customers with importing their account data and provided personalized one-on-one introductions to the Vagaro platform.
Throughout their career, Lésa has demonstrated strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail in various customer-focused roles.
Lésa Garcia attended Heald College from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Dental Assisting/Assistant. Lésa then went on to study at Ashworth College from 2013 to 2014, with a focus on becoming a Travel Professional.
