Kevin Rudolph

Kevin Rudolph is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare and regulatory sectors. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Vail Health, Kevin previously held positions as Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute. Prior to that, Kevin was Corporate Counsel at Shriners Hospitals for Children and worked as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, providing legal guidance to HHS officials. Additional experience includes serving as Regulatory Counsel at the FDA, where Kevin advised on advisory committee processes and managed enforcement actions related to tobacco regulations. Kevin's career began with consultancy at eGlobalTech and law clerking roles at the United States Attorney's Office and Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bowdoin College.
