Rick Aldeen Mba

Rick Aldeen MBA, M(ASCP)DLM has extensive experience in laboratory services management. Rick is currently serving as the Director of Laboratory Services at Vail Health since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Laboratory Services at Children's Health from January 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining Children's Health, Rick worked at UT Southwestern Medical Center from May 2015 to January 2019, where they served as the Manager of the Microbiology and Virology Laboratory. Rick also worked at Hunt Regional Healthcare as the Director of Laboratory and Outreach Services from July 2011 to April 2015.

Rick has had previous experience at UT Southwestern Medical Center as well, where they served as the Manager of the Microbiology & Virology Laboratory from December 2008 to July 2011. Prior to that, they worked at LabCorp as the Manager of Microbiology from April 2007 to November 2008.

Rick's career began at ARUP Laboratories, where they worked as a Technical Supervisor from October 1988 to April 2007.

In addition to their degrees, Rick Aldeen has obtained certifications including Diplomate in Laboratory Management from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) in 2018, and Technologist in Microbiology (ASCP-M) in 1987.
