Kevin Rudolph has a varied work experience in the legal field. Kevin is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Vail Health, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, where they served as the Deputy General Counsel from May 2022 to February 2023 and as the Associate General Counsel from August 2021 to May 2022. From 2015 to 2021, Kevin worked at Shriners Hospitals for Children as a Corporate Counsel. Kevin also gained experience as an Attorney Advisor at the US Department of Health and Human Services from April 2014 to July 2015. Before that, they worked as a Regulatory Counsel at the FDA from November 2010 to April 2014, where they managed civil money penalty administrative actions filed against tobacco retailers. Kevin also has experience as a Consultant at eGlobalTech, where they managed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for the U.S. Department of Energy. Kevin started their career as a Law Clerk at Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) from January 2009 to May 2010 and at the United States Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. from June 2008 to December 2008.
Kevin Rudolph obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Bowdoin College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2006, they also spent a brief period studying at King's College London in the Department of War Studies. Kevin continued their education at The George Washington University Law School, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Kevin attended the law school from 2007 to 2010.
